What We're Looking For:
PSQ Productions is seeking dynamic Event Crew members to join our team in the vibrant city of Irvine. In this role, you will assist with the setup, execution, and breakdown of live events. This position involves manual labor, including loading and unloading equipment, assembling structures, and ensuring all event materials are properly installed. If you enjoy hands-on work in a fast-paced environment and want to be part of exciting live productions, this is the role for you!
Responsibilities:
- Comply with safety guidelines and protocols to ensure a safe working environment during event production
- Assist with the setup and teardown of event displays, equipment, and structures such as decor, signage, stages, tents, fencing, and lighting
- Assist in the loading, unloading, and transportation of event materials, equipment, and decor at event venues
Requirements:
- A positive attitude and willingness to contribute to a team environment
- Experience or an interest in event production
- Ability to work flexible hours, days, and weekends
- Able to lift at least 50 pounds
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Experience operating event equipment such as power tools, golf carts, forklifts, scissor lifts, and boom lifts (preferred)
Benefits:
- Pay range is $20 - $22/Hour based on experience
- Up to 40 hours/week available

- Year-round part-time work may be available, based on performance and availability for other projects and events
