Position Overview
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Corrugated Package Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing innovative packaging solutions that meet our clients' needs while ensuring functionality and sustainability. This role combines design expertise with a solid understanding of manufacturing processes to create effective packaging for various products.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop corrugated packaging solutions that meet client specifications and requirements.
- Collaborate with product development teams to understand product characteristics and constraints.
- Utilize design software to create prototypes and visual presentations of packaging concepts.
- Conduct feasibility studies for packaging designs, considering material costs and manufacturing capabilities.
- Work closely with manufacturing teams to ensure designs can be efficiently produced.
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in packaging technology and materials.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Packaging Design, Industrial Design, or a related field.
- Proven experience in packaging design, specifically with corrugated materials.
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes related to packaging.
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite and CAD programs.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
