Job Description

An industry-leading FSC® - certified paper converter has an immediate direct-hire opening for an experienced Manufacturing Maintenance Electrician to join our fast-paced, growth-oriented manufacturing company.

Duties and Responsibilities

· Installing, troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining electrical components of industrial equipment (Packaging Lines, Conveyor, Palletizing and Support Equipment)

· Conduct preventative measures such as replacing old wiring on industrial machinery as needed.

· Repairs and maintains motor control centers and programmable logic controls (1000 volt and below), HMI screens, Servo motor and controllers.

· Conduct inspections and tests on electrical systems

· Perform preventive maintenance

Requirement and Skills

· High school diploma

· 3-5 years experience working with various types of industrial equipment. (Conveyors, Wrappers, Packaging Machines. (Paper Rewinder would be a plus)

· Reading and interpreting wiring diagrams. (Analog and digital)

· Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. (PLC Ladder logic, Servo Programing, HMI screens)

· Must be familiar with state and national building electrical codes to ensure that systems are properly installed and maintained.
