Our company is growing. We seek an experienced Bindery Machine Operator to Lead the team. Candidate should know how to safely use bindery equipment and pay close attention to detail, ensuring print quality and accuracy.
- Maintain a clean working environment and safely handle printed materials, maintain safety standards.
- Enter accurate data into a computer and have strong written/verbal communication skills.
- Work well with a team, keep a neat appearance, and have good organizational and time management skills.
- Maintain a great attitude and be willing to complete any tasks assigned.
- This position does require long periods of standing in a production environment and strong physical agility.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs., bend, squat, kneel, twist and reach above shoulder level.
- We prefer print bindery experience on multiple machines but are willing to train the right person if you have strong mechanical aptitude.
