Job Description
We are seeking a Machinist Setup Level I, II to join our team! You will set up machines, help oversee operational activities, and ensure excellent quality control. Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Upload programs into CNC machines</li>
<li>Setup tools, set lengths, and proof programs/ first article runs</li>
<li>Work with Q/A and Q/C to verify acceptable first article buy offs</li>
<li>Proper use of inspection tools</li>
<li>Troubleshoot and resolve issues in a timely fashion</li>
<li>Load and unload materials into machines as needed</li>
<li>Provide innovative solutions to improve shop efficiency</li>
<li>Log and record operations for machines and procedures</li>
</ul>
​Qualifications:
<ul>
<li>Previous experience in shop CNC operations/ setups</li>
<li>Familiarity with shop tools and equipment</li>
<li>Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills</li>
<li>Previous aerospace, defense, or medical machining and tolerances</li>
<li>Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment</li>
</ul>
