Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A position is available for a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to support elementary school students in San Marcos, CA. This full-time contract role offers a Monday through Friday schedule totaling 37.5 hours per week, with an immediate start date.

Responsibilities include providing speech and language therapy services tailored to the individual needs of students, collaborating with educators and families, and maintaining accurate records of student progress.

Qualifications and requirements:

• Valid Speech-Language Pathology licensure as required by the state
• Experience working in school settings supporting elementary-aged children
• Ability to design and implement individualized therapy plans
• Strong communication and collaboration skills

The position will primarily involve working with an elementary school caseload. Specific age range and caseload type will be determined based on student needs.
