PHYSICAL LABOR IS PART OF THE JOB * THIS WILL NOT JUST BE A DRIVING POSITION.

Summary

We are seeking a skilled Drill rig operator to join our team located in Apple Valley. In this role, you will be responsible for operating drilling equipment to install septic tanks, seepage pits and leach lines while also operating a backhoe safely and efficiently. Your expertise will be vital in ensuring the successful completion of our projects.

Responsibilities

Operate drill rig equipment and backhoe operation.
Perform site assessments to determine the best drilling methods.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
Collaborate with team members to coordinate drilling operations effectively.
Maintain and inspect drilling equipment regularly for optimal performance.
Assist in the installation of pipelines and other underground utilities.

Requirements

VALID CLASS A LISCENSE
Proven 2-3 years experience as a drill rig and septic system installations.
Strong knowledge of heavy equipment operation and mechanical principles.
Familiarity with construction site protocols and safety standards.
Ability to work in various weather conditions and physical environments.
