Hours Per Week: 40+ (Overtime Available)
Work Hours: 7:00 a.m. – 3:30 p.m.

What You’ll Do
- Assemble and inspect components with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Follow safety and quality procedures to ensure every product meets high standards.
- Operate tools, machines, and testing equipment as required.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Record production data and report issues or variances to your supervisor.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily goals and suggest process improvements.
- Senior-level operators (Levels 4–5) may lead daily activities, monitor productivity, and coach team members.
Preferred Skills: Prior experience working on microelectronic devices or working in an ISO certified and/or ITAR registered environment is highly preferred.
Experience Levels
- Level 1: At least 1 year of assembly or inspection experience preferred — training provided.
- Level 2: 1–2 years of hands-on assembly or inspection experience.
- Level 3: 2–4 years of experience in manufacturing, assembly, or inspection.
- Level 4: 4–6 years of related experience, with the ability to mentor others.
- Level 5: 6+ years of experience, including team leadership and a strong record of safety and quality.
