Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1+ year of Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
This opportunity is for a full-time Occupational Therapist serving the elementary school age group in Sunnyvale, CA. The position begins ASAP and continues through the end of the school year under a contract arrangement, providing a consistent weekly schedule of five days.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver occupational therapy services aligned with individual student needs in an elementary school setting
- Collaborate with educators and support staff to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Monitor student progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of services and outcomes
Qualifications:
- Active Occupational Therapist licensure in California is required
- Experience working with elementary-aged children in educational settings preferred
- Strong communication and teamwork skills to effectively support student development
