A & G Construction is looking for an experienced Construction Project Manager looking to take on a high-demand, high-producing facility located in the San Francisco Bay Area (Oakland, CA). A & G Construction specializes in remodeling retirement facilities, working with Independent and dependent living residents. We want someone who is not only a team player but someone capable of delivering on time and with the integrity of our company's standards. Our company values transparency, integrity, teamwork, and communication. Our site delivers multiple units at a time working within a 30-90 day turnover from start to finish of each project. Requirements:
5+ years of experience in Project Management
Educational Background in Project Management & or Similar Degree (preferred)
Onsite experience working in construction
Experience with Builder Trend to track and finalize projects on-site (preferred)
Experience working with Excel and Office 365 Applications
Knowledge of permitting and inspection processes with city officials
