• Surface Preparation: Clean and prep garage floors by grinding, sanding to ensure proper adhesion of the epoxy coating.
• Mixing Epoxy Solutions: Measure and mix epoxy compounds according to product specifications, ensuring the correct consistency and chemical balance.
• Application of Epoxy: Apply base coats, colored flakes, and top coats evenly using rollers, brushes to achieve a smooth, consistent finish.
• Crack and Imperfection Repair: Fill in cracks, holes, or imperfections in the concrete floor before applying the epoxy for a seamless result.
• Adhering to Safety Protocols: Follow all safety guidelines, including proper ventilation and use of personal protective equipment (PPE) when handling chemicals and tools.
• Project Clean-Up: Ensure the job site is cleaned and all materials are properly disposed of after each project.
• Quality Control: Inspect the finished floor to ensure it meets company and client standards, checking for smoothness and evenness.
• Maintenance and Equipment Care: Clean, maintain, and store equipment like grinders, mixers, and rollers in proper working condition.
• Job Documentation: Record project details, materials used, and time worked for accurate job tracking and billing purposes.
• Painting experience is a must.
