What Youll Do:
Handle inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and urgency.
Guide clients through the Debt Validation enrollment process.
Clearly explain programs, terms, and next steps using our CRM and approved scripts.
Ensure accuracy and compliance with all company policies.
Work with managers and team members to meet and exceed daily/weekly performance goals.

Location: (in office position) in the city of Stanton
$ Hourly + Commission
Schedule: Full-time, MondayFriday, 2 shifts available 7 am- 4 Pm, 30 min unpaid lunch, or 9 am- 5 pm, 30 min unpaid lunch
