Compensation:
$152,500 - $250,000+ yearly at plan
Responsibilities:
- Engage with potential clients to understand their real estate needs and preferences, ensuring a personalized experience.
- Conduct property showings with enthusiasm and professionalism, highlighting key features and benefits to prospective buyers.
- Collaborate with team members to strategize and execute effective marketing plans for property listings.
- Utilize provided leads to build and maintain a robust client base, fostering long-term relationships.
- Stay updated on local market trends and developments to offer clients informed and timely advice.
- Assist in the preparation and execution of real estate transactions, ensuring all documentation is accurate and complete.
- Participate in ongoing training sessions to enhance your skills and knowledge in real estate sales and customer service.
Qualifications:
- Real Estate License or in the process of obtaining one.
- Experience in customer service or sales, demonstrating strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to engage with clients, understanding their needs and preferences to provide tailored real estate solutions.
- Proven track record of working collaboratively within a team to achieve shared goals and objectives.
- Familiarity with local real estate market trends and a willingness to stay updated on industry developments.
- Ability to conduct property showings with enthusiasm, highlighting key features and benefits to potential buyers.
- Experience in using CRM systems or other tools to manage client relationships and track interactions.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment.
