???? What You'll Do

• Support adults in community-based activities that foster independence, social skills, and confidence.
• Provide behavioral support when needed, using Crisis Prevention Intervention (CPI) techniques (training provided if not certified).
• Safely transport individuals to and from community outings, appointments, and program activities.
• Collaborate with a team that values empathy, cooperation, and empowerment.

✅ Requirements

• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Must be comfortable driving throughout North San Diego County.
• Ability to complete (or current certification in) CPI training.
• Compassion, patience, and a genuine desire to make a positive impact.

• Competitive hourly rates.
• Candidates with the following qualifications may be eligible for higher starting pay:
• Current CPI (Crisis Prevention Intervention) certification.
• Current DSP Certification.
• Current hands-on CPR certification through the Red Cross or American Heart Association.
• Willingness to drive individuals (driving hours are paid at a higher rate).
• Paid CPI training for those not yet certified.
• Paid CPR training for those not yet certified
