We are currently seeking dedicated Full-Time Caregivers. As a Full-Time Caregiver, you will have the chance to make a meaningful impact on individuals' lives while working in a supportive and collaborative environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate care to patients in accordance with their care plans.
- Assist patients with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Monitor and record patient vital signs and report any changes to the healthcare team.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for patients.
- Support patients in mobility and physical activities to enhance their quality of life.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to provide updates on patient condition.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in caregiving preferred.
- Previous experience in a caregiving role or related field is an advantage.
- Ability to provide outstanding patient care with empathy and respect.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic understanding of medical terminology and procedures.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
- Current CPR and First Aid certifications are required.
- Tuberculosis (TB) test required.
Benefits
$18/hour base ($18-$22/hour based on experience)
