Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) – Cath Lab for a day-shift travel assignment. The Cath Lab RN will provide specialized nursing care to patients undergoing diagnostic and interventional cardiovascular procedures in a high-acuity procedural setting.
Responsibilities
- Assist with cardiac catheterization and interventional procedures
- Prepare patients pre-procedure and monitor post-procedure recovery
- Administer medications, moderate sedation, and IV therapies as ordered
- Monitor hemodynamic status and cardiac rhythms during procedures
- Operate and troubleshoot Cath Lab equipment
- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure adherence to safety protocols
Requirements
- Active California RN license (in hand)
- Minimum 2 years of recent Cath Lab experience
- Certifications Required:
- BLS
- ACLS
