Position Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Production Supervisor to oversee daily manufacturing operations and ensure production goals are met efficiently and safely. The ideal candidate will have hands-on supervisory experience, strong leadership skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced food production environment.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate production line activities to meet daily targets
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and sanitation standards
- Train, motivate, and evaluate production staff
- Monitor equipment and production processes for efficiency and quality control
- Maintain accurate production and personnel records
- Collaborate with management and other departments to improve workflow and productivity
Candidate Requirements:
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a Production Supervisor
- Comfortable working in hot environments with strong food odors (such as onions, garlic, and chili powders)
- Bilingual in Spanish (required)
Schedule:
Full-time, Monday – Friday (with occasional overtime as needed)
Compensation:
$25.00 – $28.00 per hour (based on experience)
