Job Summary
Total Wireless is hiring a Prepaid Wireless Sales Representative to help customers choose prepaid wireless plans, smartphones, and accessories. Responsibilities
- Greet customers and provide excellent customer service
- Recommend prepaid wireless plans, phones, SIM cards, and accessories
- Explain device features, promotions, and service options
- Process activations, payments, returns, and upgrades
- Meet or exceed daily/weekly sales goals
- Keep the store organized, clean, and customer-ready
- Work well with a team to achieve store performance goals
Qualifications
- 6+ months of sales or customer service experience preferred
- Wireless sales experience is a plus but not required
- Strong communication and people skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment
- Basic knowledge of smartphones and wireless technology
- Reliable, motivated, and coachable
- High school diploma or equivalent
