Vigorous W Construction is seeking a Bilingual (Chinese) Project Manager (Residential Construction) to join our team! We are looking for someone with with strong residential construction experience to oversee projects from pre-construction through close-out, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to our quality standards.
Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Oversee all aspects of construction project from planning to implementation</li>
<li>Allocate resources for assigned projects</li>
<li>Collaborate with project inspectors, contractors, architects, sales, city and county officials, and clients</li>
<li>Maintain high standards of workmanship that adhere to original plans and specifications</li>
</ul>
Qualifications:
<ul>
<li>Previous experience in construction management or other related fields</li>
<li>Familiarity with MS Office Suite</li>
<li>Strong negotiation skills</li>
<li>Deadline and detail-oriented</li>
</ul>
