What You’ll Do
- Work live buyer leads and set appointments through Realtor.com Market VIP.
- Conduct professional buyer consultations and show homes.
- Guide clients through the purchase process with full transaction support.
- Attend weekly training, roleplays, and masterminds to stay sharp.
- Leverage our CRM (Follow Up Boss) for follow-up and client communication.
- Commit to personal growth, collaboration, and hitting your goals.
Who You Are
- A licensed real estate agent (or actively pursuing your license).
- Hungry to grow your income and sales career.
- Coachable, driven, and a true team player.
- Comfortable using technology and systems (training provided).
- Available full-time, including some evenings and weekends.
