Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
A K-12 school in San Francisco, CA is seeking a certified Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) with CCC credentials for a contract position during the upcoming school year. This role offers the opportunity to support students across all grade levels in improving communication skills within an educational setting.
Key Qualifications:
- Valid Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology
- Experience working with K-12 students preferred
- Strong knowledge of speech and language disorder assessment and intervention techniques
- Ability to collaborate with educators, families, and other professionals
- Familiarity with Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and special education regulations
Location:San Francisco, California
Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech and language assessments to identify student needs
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans
- Deliver direct therapy services to students with speech, language, and communication challenges
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support student progress
- Maintain accurate documentation and comply with all district and state regulations
- Participate in meetings related to student evaluations and progress reviews
