General Summary: Assist clients with individual care.
Essential Job Functions:
1. Complete and maintain accurate logs regarding the clients; progress, services
provided, or other required information on day to day basis.
2. Participate in case conferences or staff meetings.
3. Review and evaluate clients; progress in relation to measurable goals described
in treatment and care plans.
4. Conduct intake section with Clients, review records, and report to Program Director.
5. Provide transportation and supervision of clients.
6. May assist with on-call duties.
7. May act as an escort for clients when needed.
8. Conduct Urinary analysis test on clients and report accurate readings on test
results to supervisor.
9. Properly conducting property searches, and body scans to maintain safety of
clients and facility, report overall findings to supervisor.
10. Other duties as assigned by Program Director.

Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $21.00 - $22.50 per hour
