Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC or CF) School-Based Position
Location: Murrieta, CA
Position Type: Contract to Hire
Duration: Current School Year (ends June 2026)
K-12 School Setting

This full-time position offers 35 hours per week supporting students in a K-12 school environment. The role is ideal for a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist holding a Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or completing a Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY). The candidate will deliver direct therapy services and play a critical role in student communication development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct speech-language therapy to students across K-12 levels
  • Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments and evaluations
  • Develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
  • Attend and actively participate in IEP meetings with multidisciplinary teams
  • Collaborate with teachers, families, and related service providers to support student progress
  • Comply with district and state guidelines for school-based speech-language pathology services

Qualifications:

  • Active California SLP license with CCC designation or eligibility as a Clinical Fellow (CF)
  • Experience or strong interest in school-based speech-language pathology practice
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with educational teams and families
  • Strong organizational and documentation skills in a school setting
