- Salary: Cravath Scale
- Complex commercial litigation, securities litigation, M&A litigation, and a wide range of other specialized litigation areas like IP, real estate, antitrust, and class actions
- Legal research, brief-writing, running document production, and discovery
- Judicial clerkship experience is a plus
