Job Title: Manufacturing Associate
Location: Woodland, CA (100% Onsite)
Duration: 6 Months
Pay Rate: $24/hour
Shift: 1st Shift | Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Position Summary
The Manufacturing Associate is responsible for executing day-to-day manufacturing operations in a cleanroom environment. This role supports the production of FDA-regulated products while ensuring compliance with cGMP, aseptic techniques, and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Manufacture products according to company procedures, cGMPs, and production schedules
- Operate within Class 1,000 and Class 100 cleanroom environments using proper aseptic techniques
- Complete batch records accurately and in a timely manner following daily production
- Perform quality inspections on incoming materials and finished products
- Formulate, fill, finish, and package products with minimal supervision
- Monitor manufacturing and laboratory equipment; perform basic maintenance and cleaning
- Record readings and data in accordance with Good Documentation Practices (GDP)
- Inspect, label, bag, box, and palletize finished products to meet plant deadlines
- Move materials and product using hand trucks, dollies, pallet jacks, forklifts, or electric dollies
- Transfer crates from freezer to packaging areas as required
- Identify and report quality or safety issues to supervisors
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of production and controlled areas
- Assist in training other team members and ensure personal training documentation is current
- Provide input for creating or revising SOPs to maintain cGMP compliance
- Perform special assignments and additional duties as assigned
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required
- 1–3 years of manufacturing experience preferred
- Experience working in an FDA-regulated environment
- Knowledge of aseptic techniques and cleanroom operations
- Familiarity with cGMP and GDP standards
Working Conditions & Physical Requirements
- Frequently lift up to 25 lbs; occasionally lift up to 60 lbs
- Use of industrial cleaning products and hazardous chemicals with appropriate PPE
- Work may require protective clothing including gloves, eyewear, freezer jackets, jumpsuits, and respirators
- Ability to work in cleanroom and temperature-controlled environments

- Laboratory and manufacturing equipment
- Respirator and required PPE
