Mission Recruiting is representing a respected and fast-paced legal team seeking a Paralegal with strong trial and litigation experience to support a busy trial department handling complex real estate matters.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct legal research, respond to discovery requests, and prepare pleadings and legal documents.
- Schedule, prepare, and serve motions and oppositions, including motions to compel, demurrers, motions to strike, and others.
- Assist trial attorneys in preparing trial binders, exhibits, and jury trial documents.
- Perform e-filing, paper filing, and general case management tasks.
- Communicate with clients about pleadings, court dates, and hearing updates.
- Provide support to other team members as needed.
Desired Qualifications
- Paralegal certificate from an ABA-approved program or equivalent experience.
- Experience with unlawful detainers is a must.
- Hands-on trial and litigation experience in a high-volume practice.
- Excellent legal writing, organization, and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in typing (65+ wpm) and computer literacy.
- Strong professional communication and attention to detail.
Preferred Experience
- Background in unlawful detainer matters.
- Familiarity with Clio or similar case management software.
- Working knowledge of California county court rules and procedures.
