Main Duties and Responsibilities

-Install alarm, CCTV and access systems, supervise an installation crew
-Perform service calls on alarm, CCTV and access systems
-Develop into a project manager for larger jobs
-Develop management skills and assume management responsibilities as abilities allow
-Other duties as assigned



Other Experience/Abilities (Qualifications)

· Strong network knowledge (i.e., IP addresses, network connections, port forwarding, TELNET)

• Must have a valid Driver's License and a good driving record (DMV records pulled)
• High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
• MUST possess good time management skills
• Must pass a pre-employment drug test and criminal background check
• Must be physically able to perform job functions
• Must be organized and well-groomed
• Must possess basic computer skills
• Good verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills required
• Must communicate effectively via email, phone, etc
• and respond quickly and accurately to Supervisors/Management and other staff
• Adaptability and being able to work in a team environment as well as independently
• Ability to handle various tasks simultaneously, organize, prioritize, make decisions, and work efficiently and effectively under deadlines as required
• Cannot be afraid of heights
• Must be willing to work varying shifts and hours including possible mandatory overtime, weekends, and holidays
• Maintain a positive attitude
