Job Details
This role offers the opportunity to work on challenging cases and develop your skills under the guidance of experienced attorneys. Join a supportive team where many members have been part of our firm for decades!
Responsibilities:
- Represent clients in court, arbitration, and before government agencies
- Draft and prepare pleadings, discovery requests, and other legal documents
- Provide legal counsel to clients on transactions and business matters
- Negotiate settlements to resolve legal disputes effectively
- Ensure compliance with all applicable legal standards and regulations
Qualifications:
- 3-6 years of experience practicing law
- Preferred experience in personal injury, construction defect, and/or employment law litigation
- Active license to practice in California
