Experience Patient Coordinator or Customer Service rep/receptionist wanted for busy Medical Equipment provider. We specialize in Power mobility. Our patients are mainly poor, elderly and disabled. Bilingual/Spanish speaking preferred. Candidate will manage incoming calls which includes routing calls to appropriate personnel, answering general inquiries, scheduling repairs, and maintaining electronic patient records. Professional phone presence in dealing with important referral sources and patients is a must for this position.
