What You'll Do
- \n
- Lead and manage our Quality Management System (QMS) and certifications (AS9100 / ISO 9001).
- Oversee internal & external audits, supplier evaluations, and corrective actions.
- Partner with Sales, Operations, and Customer Service to resolve quality issues and elevate customer satisfaction.
- Direct the QC Lab operations, including technicians, testing methods, inspections, and SPC/process capability.
- Manage nonconforming materials, specifications, and ERP updates to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Provide QMS training and foster a culture of quality, safety, and continuous improvement.

What You Bring
- \n
- Bachelor's in Engineering, Science, Quality Management, or related field.
- \n10+ years in Quality Control/Assurance within chemical or process manufacturing.
- \n5+ years leadership/supervisory experience.
- Strong knowledge of AS9100, ISO 9001 (TS16949 is a plus).
- Skilled in SPC, root cause analysis, and driving process improvements.
- Excellent communicator and team leader with a passion for quality and safety.

- The salary range for this position is $114,000 - $145,000. Factors such as scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/training, job-related skills, internal peer equity, as well as market and business considerations may influence base pay offered. This salary will be subject to a geographic adjustment (according to a specific city and state), if an authorization is granted to work outside of the location listed in this posting.
