Job Description
Our client, a reputable boutique SF plaintiff litigation firm specializing in antitrust/class actions and complex civil litigation, is seeking a Litigation Paralegal. This is a great opportunity for someone coming from Biglaw seeking a smaller, more hands-on environment or someone seeking to work on ground-breaking legal issues such as ChatGPT and other artificial intelligence (AI).
 
Hybrid schedule - 2 or 3 days/week in a modern, downtown office with a team of super sharp, energetic, fun, focused and collaborative colleagues.
 
Responsibilities
<ul>
<li>Managing cases from start to finish</li>
<li>Preparing and drafting documents, including cite, fact-checking and proofing legal briefs</li>
<li>Knowledge and experience with Bluebook or CSM citation standards</li>
<li>Managing litigation databases, document collections, document productions, and document reviews</li>
<li>Filing and serving legal documents (electronic and hard copy)</li>
</ul>
 
Qualifications
<ul>
<li>Bachelor's degree</li>
<li>Paralegal certification</li>
<li>2+ years of law firm litigation experience (5+ preferred)</li>
<li>State and Federal e-filing experience</li>
<li>Some trial experience strongly preferred</li>
</ul>
 
Salary is 100,000-140,000K, depending on experience + 25% annual bonus
