Job Description
Join a Global Leader in Innovation – Drive Manufacturing Excellence as a Machine Operator. Location: Huntington Beach, CA Shift: 12-Hour Shifts – 4:00 AM - 4:30 PM or 8:00 AM - 8:30 PM Project Duration until the end of January 2026. Monday - Thursday Pay Rate $21.00/hr
Position: Machine Operator
Openings available for both shifts
Job Duties:

<li>
Execute job startup and shutdown procedures.
</li>
<li>
Monitor and operate production extrusion lines.
</li>
<li>
Prepare and measure color mixes and additives.
</li>
<li>
Perform material changeovers and machine clean-ups efficiently.
</li>
<li>
Record production data accurately.
</li>
<li>
Package finished materials.
</li>
<li>
Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
</li>
<li>
Adhere to all safety guidelines and regulations.
</li>
</ul>
Required Skills:
<ul>
<li>
Strong communication skills.
</li>
<li>
Basic knowledge of running extruder or mixing equipment.
</li>
<li>
Ability to learn pre- and post-production equipment and operations (drying, bagging, grinding, etc.).
</li>
<li>
General mechanical knowledge and troubleshooting skills.
</li>
