Are you a detail-oriented Quality Inspector with electronics experience? We are looking for a reliable individual to join our team and help ensure our products meet the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Inspection:
Inspect incoming materials, in-process parts, and finished electronic assemblies using microscopes, calipers, and other tools.

Documentation:
Record inspection results, complete logs, and enter data into quality systems.

Non-Conformance Reporting:
Identify defects, create reports, and support corrective action processes.

Compliance:
Follow ESD/FOD requirements and company quality procedures.

Production Support:
Communicate inspection findings and help keep work on schedule.

Required Skills:

• Ability to read instructions, drawings, and basic electrical documentation
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
• Familiar with inspection tools (microscopes, calipers, etc.)
• Basic computer skills; able to learn manufacturing software
• Knowledge of IPC and AS9100/ISO 9001 a plus

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Experience inspecting electronic boards/components preferred
• Able to lift up to 15 lbs and work four 10-hour shifts
