Landscape Foreman / Project Manager – $30–$50/hr (DOE)
Location: Altadena, CA (projects throughout Los Angeles County)

We are a Los Angeles–based landscaping company specializing in native plant design, irrigation installation, sustainable landscapes, and outdoor construction. We’re looking for an experienced Landscape Foreman or Project Manager to lead crews, manage projects, and ensure high-quality installations.
Responsibilities

Lead and supervise landscape construction crews (3–6 employees)

Install and oversee irrigation systems, landscape lighting, planting, hardscape, and drainage

Read and execute landscape plans and CAD drawings accurately

Ensure all work meets project deadlines and company quality standards

Conduct daily jobsite organization, crew coordination, and safety meetings

Communicate clearly with clients, subcontractors, and management
-
Operate and maintain company trucks, trailers, and tools

Perform hands-on tasks when needed — lead by example
Requirements

Minimum 3 years of professional landscaping or irrigation leadership experience

Strong knowledge of irrigation systems (MP Rotators, drip, valves, controllers) and landscape lighting

Ability to read construction drawings and planting plans

Bilingual in English/Spanish preferred

Valid California driver’s license and clean driving record

Physically able to lift 50+ lbs and work in outdoor conditions year-round

Excellent time management, leadership, and problem-solving skills
What We Offer

Pay: $30–$50/hour (depending on experience)

Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday (occasional Saturdays)
