Right at Home West LA WANTS YOU! We are currently looking for compassionate and reliable caregivers to join our team. Our outstanding group of Personal Care Assistants/Caregivers are dedicated to making a difference in the lives of seniors and individuals with disabilities in the West Los Angeles area.

As a caregiver with Right at Home, you will provide essential assistance and support that allows our clients to age in place and maintain their independence with dignity.

Summary of Job Duties:


  • Help clients with activities of daily living, such as bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting.
  • Take clients to appointments and engage in meaningful activities to promote mental and emotional well-being
  • Provide medication reminders and assist with medication management, as directed by healthcare professionals.
  • Prepare and serve nutritious meals, considering clients' dietary restrictions and preferences.
  • Perform light housekeeping tasks, ensuring a safe and comfortable living environment for clients.
  • Offer companionship and emotional support to clients and their families.

Basic Requirements

  • Prior experience as a caregiver, home health aide for at least 6 months.
  • Compassionate and patient with a genuine desire to help others.
  • Ability to communicate effectively and build positive relationships with clients and their families.
  • Reliable, responsible, and punctual.
  • Valid driver's license and own insured automobile to drive clients on appointments preferred
  • Ability to use mobile app or computer to sign documents/upload documens, highly preferred

MUST HAVEs

  • Have a registered Home Care Aide (HCA) license
  • Recent TB test (negative)
  • CPR Certification
