Integration & Applications Technical Lead for a Premier Lighting Manufacturer

Job DescriptionOur client is a top-tier lighting manufacturer known for designing and producing premium modular downlighting systems that deliver exceptional performance, adaptability, and aesthetic appeal. They are seeking an Integration & Applications Technical Lead (Oracle Integration Cloud) to take ownership of enterprise integrations across a complex application landscape. This role is responsible for the reliability, performance, and technical coordination of integrations built primarily on Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), supporting critical business processes across ERP, CPQ, supply chain, eCommerce, and analytics platforms.
This position serves as the primary technical point of accountability for integration stability and issue resolution, working closely with offshore development teams responsible for configuration and build activities. This role requires a hands-on technical leader who is comfortable troubleshooting integrations directly when issues arise, while coordinating larger enhancements and redesigns with offshore teams.
This is a hybrid role, reporting to our client's headquarters in Carson, CA (greater LA area) three days per week.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and support integrations across core enterprise systems, including Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP, Oracle CPQ, Warehouse Management Systems, B2B and B2C eCommerce platforms, Microsoft Fabric, and downstream analytics platforms
- Own the overall technical health and governance of integrations built on Oracle Integration Cloud
- Maintain deep understanding of integration packages, flows, adapters, and system dependencies
- Serve as the escalation point for OIC performance issues, failures, and data disruptions
- Ensure accuracy and consistency of data across Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, and Record-to-Report processes
- Oversee monitoring of OIC instances, schedules, and error queues
- Perform initial diagnosis of integration errors, failures, and data discrepancies
- Partner with offshore teams to drive timely issue resolution, providing technical direction and prioritization resources and reviewing functional and technical design artifacts these teams produce
- Participate in release planning, cutover activities, and Oracle quarterly update assessments
- Support deployment coordination and environment refresh activities
- Partner with BI and Analytics leadership to ensure reliable data delivery into Microsoft Fabric, supporting transparency and lineage across integrated data flows
- Support integration security requirements including authentication and authorization, ensuring integrations are well documented and maintainable
- Oversee secure file transfer processes including SFTP
- Assist with audit, compliance, and data protection requirements related to integrations
Qualifications:
- 6–9 years of experience delivering and supporting enterprise application integrations, with at least 3 years of hands-on experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)
- Experience integrating Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP with upstream and downstream systems
- Proven experience working with offshore development or support teams
- Background supporting production integrations in business-critical environments
- Best-in-class working knowledge of Oracle Integration Cloud, with experience with REST and SOAP web services
- Proficiency in file-based integrations and SFTP processes
- Hands-on experience with Oracle adapters including ERP, Service, and File Server
- Ability to analyze integration payloads, logs, and error messages; with a solid understanding of ERP master data and transactional data models
- Experience integrating Oracle CPQ as well as ERP platforms with WMS or eCommerce systems
- Experience in manufacturing or distribution environments is preferred
- Exposure to Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, or modern data platforms is a plus
Compensation: Targeting a base salary of $130-$140k (DOE), plus performance-based bonus
