Senior Paralegal – Class Action & Employment Law
Location: Bay Area - North Oakland, CA

We are seeking an experienced Senior Paralegal to join our legal team in the Bay area. This is a critical role supporting class and collective action cases, including wage and hour claims. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and ready to make an immediate impact.

What You’ll Do:

• Provide comprehensive support for class and collective action litigation, including employment and wage/hour claims.

• Prepare, format, and finalize legal documents, including drafting and running Tables of Authorities with confidence and precision.

• Conduct thorough legal research on Westlaw or Lexis Nexis, ensuring accuracy and relevance to case strategy.

• Assist in trial preparation, including managing exhibits, timelines, and trial logistics.

• Collaborate closely with attorneys to ensure deadlines are met and cases move forward efficiently.

What You Bring:

• 3+ years of direct experience in class action and employment law (not just general paralegal experience).

• PAGA/ FLSA

• Expertise in running Tables of Authorities and conducting case law research.

• Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to thrive under pressure in a high-volume environment.

• Trial experience is highly preferred.

• A proactive mindset with the ability to anticipate needs and solve problems independently.
