Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
Join a dynamic educational environment as a Speech and Language Pathologist (SLP) supporting young learners aged 3 to 5 at a regional preschool special education school. This K-12 contract position is based in Hollister, CA, and offers the opportunity to work closely with a collaborative team of two other SLPs. The role requires an active California SLP license and is scheduled from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, serving a caseload of approximately 50 students.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide individualized speech and language therapy services to preschool-aged children within a special education setting.
- Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement effective treatment plans.
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports in accordance with program policies and state guidelines.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to the continuous improvement of the speech-language program.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Active Speech-Language Pathologist license in California.
- Experience delivering speech and language therapy to early childhood populations, preferably in school settings.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and families.

This position commences immediately and extends through the 2025-2026 and most likely 2026-2027 school years.
