Bee Sweet Citrus is currently looking for an organized, energetic and highly motivated individual to join our team as a Sprayer
Responsibilities & Duties
Job duties for spraying/mixing include, but are not limited to the following:
- Having chemicals ready for sprayers
- Mixing chemicals
- Operating equipment and maintaining equipment clean
- Completing work orders and turning them in daily
- Performing calibrations on both weed sprayers and Aero fans loach check
- Making sure required safety procedures are being followed
- Taking PH rating with PH meter, as well as wind
- Placing re-entry signs prior to spraying and taking down re-entry signs as they expire
- General book keeping
- Calling to check irrigation district waters
- Making sure the sprayers are blowing our air filters, greasing accordingly
- Helping to develop a spray plan where we are forecasting work shifts one week ahead
Job duties for chemical storage include, but are not limited to the following:
- Making sure chemicals rooms are clean and organized
- Making sure liquids are above dry powders
- Making sure chemicals aren't on the floor without pallets
- Making sure chemicals are being used should be towards the front, chemicals that are done for a year should be counted and shrink wrapped
- Communicate when there is a low inventory of weed spraying supplies
