Job Summary
We are seeking compassionate and dependable Caregivers to join our assisted living facility team at our two locations in Temecula and Menifee. In this role, you will support residents by assisting with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, mobility, and medication reminders. Additional responsibilities include housekeeping, engaging residents in activities, and helping maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable community environment. The ideal candidate is patient, attentive, and committed to providing high-quality care that enhances each residents well-being and overall quality of life.

Responsibilities Personal Care

  • Personal Care
    • Assist with bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and incontinence care
    • Help with safe transfers, repositioning, and mobility support
    • Maintain client dignity, comfort, and hygiene
  • Mobility & Exercise
    • Support walking with mobility aids (walker, cane, wheelchair)
    • Assist with range-of-motion and light physical therapy exercises
    • Monitor mobility changes and ensure fall prevention
  • Meals & Medication
    • Prepare meals/snacks according to dietary needs and assist with feeding if necessary
    • Encourage hydration and monitor appetite
    • Dispense medications or provide reminders and help track schedules
  • Companionship & Support
    • Provide conversation, emotional support, and engagement in activities
    • Monitor and report emotional or physical changes
    • Support healthy routines and independence
  • Documentation & Communication
    • Track daily care tasks, food intake, and medication
    • Communicate updates to family, nurses, or care coordinators
  • Additional Assistance
    • Help with pet care if needed
    • Provide nighttime supervision or safety monitoring
    • Follow personalized care plans and adjust as needs change

Qualifications

  • Previous experience as a Caregiver, Home Health Aide, or similar role is preferred
  • First aid and CPR-certified is required
  • Knowledge of housekeeping tasks and cooking skills.
  • Ability to adhere to all health and safety guidelines
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal spills
  • Ability to lift patients .
  • Compassionate, respectful, ethical
