Schedule: Mon -Fri 5:00am-1:30pm
Location: Lincoln Ca.
Pay: $18.00 Hr.

Job Description:
Express Employment is seeking a General Laborer for a Clay company in Lincoln. This role involves Mixing, weighing, and preparing clay batches according to production needs .

Key Responsibilities:

• Heavy Lifting: Safely lift and move bags, bins, and materials (up to 50 lbs regularly)
• Bin Filling: Load and unload clay into designated containers and storage areas
• Confined Spaces: Work comfortably in tight or enclosed areas during cleaning and setup
• Housekeeping: Maintain a clean, organized workspace; sweep, mop, and sanitize as needed
• Multitasking: Switch between tasks efficiently while staying focused and productive
• Safety & Awareness: Stay alert, follow safety protocols, and report any hazards immediately

Qualifications:

• Ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly throughout the day
• Comfortable working in warm, dusty, and confined environments
• Strong attention to detail and situational awareness
• Dependable, punctual, and able to follow instructions
• Previous experience in general labor, warehouse, or manufacturing preferred
