A K-12 educational setting in Watsonville, CA is seeking a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide comprehensive support to approximately 40 students ranging from Transitional Kindergarten (TK) through 8th grade. This full-time contract position offers an opportunity to deliver both in-person and teletherapy services during the core school hours of 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM PST.
Responsibilities include assessing, diagnosing, and implementing individualized speech and language therapy plans to support student communication needs. The role involves collaboration with educators and families to enhance student progress and speech outcomes. Delivering teletherapy services will also be integral, ensuring accessibility and consistency across the student caseload. The position is initially contracted from the current school year through the end of the school year, with a strong likelihood of renewal for the 2026-2027 school year.
