A K-12 school in San Bernardino, CA, is seeking four skilled Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) to support students with mild to moderate speech and language needs. This contract position is for the current school year, providing a rewarding opportunity to make a meaningful impact in a focused educational environment.

Responsibilities include:

  • Assessing and diagnosing speech and language disorders in students ranging from kindergarten through 12th grade.
  • Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans to address student needs.
  • Collaborating with teachers, parents, and other educational professionals to support student progress.
  • Monitoring and documenting student progress regularly to adjust interventions accordingly.
  • Managing caseloads of 40 to 55 students with mild to moderate speech and language challenges.
  • Providing services at a single site location to foster continuity of care.

Preferred qualifications and experience:

  • Licensed Speech-Language Pathologist with experience in school settings.
  • Strong ability to manage mild to moderate caseloads independently.
  • Familiarity with K-12 educational environments and related IEP processes.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills with both students and educational staff.
  • Commitment to student-centered, individualized therapy approaches.
