Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A K-12 educational institution in Hayward, CA is seeking a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide comprehensive therapy services for students throughout the school year. This contract position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic school environment supporting a diverse student population with speech and language needs.

Key Qualifications:

  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Valid School SLP credential
  • Experience working with K-12 students in an educational setting
  • Strong knowledge of speech-language development and disorders
  • Ability to develop individualized treatment plans and collaborate with educators and families

Location:

  • Hayward, California

Responsibilities:

  • Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders in students
  • Create and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to each students goals
  • Provide direct therapy services in both individual and group settings
  • Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and school staff to support student progress
  • Maintain accurate clinical documentation and comply with school district policies
  • Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and professional development opportunities
