Responsibilities:
• Represent clients in personal injury cases, advocating effectively in both pre-trial and trial proceedings.
• Draft and file motions, briefs, and other legal documents with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Conduct thorough discovery processes, including depositions and interrogatories.
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop case strategies and ensure optimal outcomes for clients.
• Analyze and interpret legal statutes, case law, and regulations relevant to personal injury claims.
• Maintain timely communication with clients to keep them informed about the progress of their cases.
• Participate in settlement negotiations to resolve cases efficiently and favorably.
• Manage multiple cases simultaneously while adhering to strict deadlines.
• Review and organize evidence to build strong arguments.
• Stay updated on legal developments and industry best practices related to personal injury law.
• Active attorney license in the state of California.
• Minimum of one year of experience in civil litigation.
• Strong skills in drafting motions, briefs, and other legal documents.
• Familiarity with discovery procedures and techniques.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple cases and meet deadlines.
