Paralegal Contract-to-Hire

Position Overview
We are a multi-facility healthcare practice seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Paralegal to support our legal team. The ideal candidate will assist in preparing legal documents and managing various legal tasks to ensure compliance with regulations and efficient case handling.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist attorneys in preparing and reviewing legal documents and contracts.
  • Conduct legal research to support case preparation and strategy development.
  • Organize and maintain case files, ensuring all documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel regarding case status and documentation.
  • Assist in the preparation of trial materials and provide litigation support as needed.
  • Support corporate compliance initiatives by ensuring adherence to legal standards and regulations.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Paralegal Studies or a related field.
  • Certification from a recognized paralegal program is preferred.
  • Proven experience as a paralegal, particularly in contracts.
  • Strong understanding of corporate compliance is a plus.
  • Excellent writing, and communication skills.
