Job DescriptionJob Title: Senior Project Manager-EVPosition Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Project Manager to lead and oversee multiple construction projects from planning to completion. In this role, you will supervise Project Managers, coordinate cross-functional teams, manage schedules and budgets, and ensure projects are executed safely, on time, and within scope. You will also serve as the primary point of contact for clients, vendors, and stakeholders, ensuring seamless communication and exceptional project delivery.
This is a leadership-driven position that requires strong organizational skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Key ResponsibilitiesLeadership & Team Management

Oversee and mentor a team of two Project Managers and support field personnel.

Conduct weekly one-on-one meetings, provide guidance, and ensure teams meet performance expectations.

Perform 90-day evaluations for new hires and annual reviews for subordinates.

Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Project Planning & Execution

Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocations to ensure timely delivery.

Oversee estimation, proposal writing, BOMs, purchase orders, and RFIs.

Coordinate permitting, licensing, and inspections with authorities and clients.

Monitor SiteTracker to ensure real-time updates on timelines, budgets, materials, and deliverables.

Conduct regular job site visits to assess progress, troubleshoot challenges, and maintain quality standards.
Client & Stakeholder Management
-
Act as the primary liaison between clients, internal teams, and vendors.

Lead weekly project status meetings with customers and provide documented updates.

Address project concerns promptly while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
Financial & Documentation Control

Manage project budgets, cost controls, and schedules of values.

Approve invoices and ensure accurate billing information is provided to accounting.

Maintain organized project documentation and reports within SiteTracker and internal systems.
Compliance, Safety & Engineering Support
-
Ensure compliance with NEC, UBC, ADA, and all local/state building codes.

Act as a Safety Champion, ensuring timely reporting of incidents and implementing best safety practices.

Collaborate with engineers to review designs, resolve technical discrepancies, and optimize project solutions.

Provide preliminary designs and support estimating teams during bid preparation.
QualificationsEducation & Experience
-
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (preferred).

7+ years of project management experience in construction or related industries.
-
Strong knowledge of EV infrastructure, ADA requirements, NEC, and building codes.

Experience managing multiple, large-scale projects simultaneously.
Skills & Competencies

Proficiency in MS Office Suite and project management tools such as SiteTracker.

Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.

Strong written and verbal communication skills to interact with clients, vendors, and internal teams.

Highly organized, detail-oriented, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.

Willingness to travel 20-30% for site walks, client coordination, and project supervision.
