  • Collaborate with senior designers, project managers, consultants, and technical teams to ensure cohesive, coordinated design solutions.
  • Prepare and contribute to client-facing presentations and project interviews.
  • Ensure design work aligns with budgets, schedules, and project requirements.

  • Manage deadlines, adapt to shifting project priorities, and maintain exceptional attention to detail.
  • Work collaboratively across diverse teams while taking initiative and operating with increasing independence.
  • Apply foundational knowledge of building systems, materials, codes, and construction techniques.
  • Be comfortable working directly with clients and confidently presenting design ideas.

To Qualify, You Must Have:

  • 5+ years of experience in an architectural firm.
  • A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from an accredited program.
  • Experience with DSA is a plus.
  • California Architect license preferred but not required.
  • Proficiency in Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Suite, and rendering software.
  • Ability to mentor junior team members and contribute to a collaborative studio culture.
