Our client is recruiting for Commercial Litigation Associates for their Los Angeles as well as Orange County offices.

Requirements:
- 4+ years broad-based litigation experience
- Excellent research, analytical, and drafting skills
- Consistent attention to detail
- Strong verbal and interpersonal skills
- Experience arguing motions, taking/defending depositions, preparing cases for trial
- Specific commercial litigation experience (breach of contract, tortious interference, breach of fiduciary duty)
- Completed JD with Strong academic record
- California Bar admission
Compensation:
- Base: $245k-$280k (based on qualifications/experience)
- 1900+ billable hours, discretionary bonus (increases with excess hours), plus origination bonus
