The Floor Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the activities of our floor staff to ensure efficient and exceptional customer service. This role plays a crucial part in maintaining a positive customer experience and operational excellence.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Supervise and lead the team, ensuring they provide exceptional service to customers.
- Maintain a professional, organized and clean work environment.
- Handle customer inquiries, requests, and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
- Implement and enforce company policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with management to develop and execute plans for improving team performance and customer satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with safety and sanitation standards.
**Qualifications:**
- Proven experience as a professional Floor Supervisor or in a similar role.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle stressful situations with professionalism.
- Basic computer skills.
- Bust be able to work, weekends and holidays.
- Maintain a hands-on approach by stepping in to assist the team during busy or challenging periods.
